Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, but only in the next 2 hours. Because our system executes orders automatically for a better delivery experience, you must email us immediately. After 2 hours, the order is locked for production.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations once an order has passed the 2-hour window. If you have urgent concerns, please contact us via email immediately.
